· I have the right to refuse and decline any commission.· I only take USD and Paypal. Any other form of payment will not be accepted. Commissions will be paid upfront, after the payment is sent I will start. I always send progress pictures of the sketch for changes/additions before finalizing it with shading and line art. I can only make small changes after the piece is finished, such as color changes. Other than that I will not be able to change nor add anything else.· No refunds (unless an emergency occurs.) If you do a chargeback you will be blacklisted from commissioning from me ever again. You will lose all rights to the commissioned piece, and if not disputed by PayPal I will publicly post about it.· My commissions are NOT for commercial use, AI, or for NFTS. Do not claim the work as your own.· Unless stated by the commissioner, I can post the commission and have it in my portfolio.· I am okay with my commissions being used as PFP's, rp art, posted on ToyHouse, etc with credit.· A commission will take me 1-2 weeks to get started, and at least a month to complete at the latest but I will definitely try to complete it earlier. Any interruptions or in real life emergencies that will prevent me from working on the commission will always be communicated with as soon as I'm aware of them.· Please always provide references pictures, I'm a visual person and it helps greatly to match your view on your characters! (Character refs, clothes, poses, expressions, etc.)· Tips are not mandatory but greatly appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to consider commissioning me!
